Yes, the Costa Palmas Foundation is a tax-exempt organization in Mexico. Donations made from US banks are tax-deductible through CAF.
To obtain a tax-deductible receipt, please email us at fundacion@costapalmas.com with your donation receipt. This applies only to donations over $500 MXP, and receipts will be issued within one month of the donation.
This applies only to Mexican banks through the Banorte account.
Yes, you can use that bank account as long as it meets the following requirements:
1) The bank account name is aligned with your organization’s name (i.e. they are similar enough that we know who owns the account).
