For the second consecutive year, the renowned chef Nancy Silverton provided an exclusive cooking class in support of the Costa Palmas Foundation at Mozza Baja, her restaurant located in the Marina Village of Costa Palmas.
A select group of around 20 people, composed of members from Costa Palmas and the Foundation, had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful morning exploring and creating a variety of exquisite pastry recipes from her latest book, 'The Cookie That Changed My Life'. Among the delights prepared were twice-baked ham and cheese croissants, rosemary, and olive oil cakes.
Accompanied by Nancy and her team, the participants then enjoyed a delicious meal and received gift bags that included one of Nancy's cookbooks, each personally signed by the chef during the event.
At the Costa Palmas Foundation, we would like to express our deep gratitude for the generosity shown by Nancy Silverton and her team. The funds raised at this event will go towards supporting our ongoing work in La Ribera and the surrounding communities.
